We provide professional level career support for the creative sector.

We believe that for a creative sector to be as vibrant, sustainable and diverse as it can be it needs the same level of high quality career support that has long been a feature of other sectors like business, finance, law, IT, engineering, charity, media and public services.

With this in mind we provide professional level career coaching, training and education that is rooted in career theory and evidence-based approaches. We blend this with over 20yrs of first hand experience of working in the creative sector to create career interventions that are bespoke, practical and empowering.
